expo

Above is my project entry from the Expo Program. This was were people were able to take a glimpse into all of the projects and decide if who's project they wanted to learn more about. To the right is the invations that we gave nout ot family members or anyone that we wanted to inviet to the Expo.

Above is what my table looked like at the Expo and below I will be explaining everything that is on the table. Also to the right is a picture that was taken of me when I was explaining my project at the Expo.

Website:
During the Expo I put my website on a external monitor. Below is a video of my website and it also accessible here if you want to explore it for yourself.

Houses:
During the Expo I had put the models that I created for the houses on a laptop. I did this so I was able to show people the houses as well as the layout of the houses, and how they were unique in their own ways.
Below is a picture of what the exterior of the houses looked like. The house on the left is the design for the multigenerational houses, and the house on the right is the design for the two tiny houses on one property.

Above and to the left is the layout for the multigenerational houses. The far left image is the second floor, the close left image is the main floor, and the image above is the basement. There are 5 bedrooms total, 3 bathrooms, and a mini and communal laundry room.

Above and to the left is the layout for the two tiny houses on one property. The far left image is the second floor, the close left image is the main floor, and the image above is the basement. There are 2 bedrooms total, 2 bathrooms total, and one shared laundry room in the shared basement.
Tri fold board:
During the Expo I had a tri fold board on my table. Below is everything that was on my tri fold board and why I had it on there.
Left Section:

To the left is a infographic that I created to help inform people of ways that they can help with homelessness. Above is a picture of the logistics that I figured out for Clean Slate Housing. I included these two tings on my trifold board because I felt that it was import and people could see ways that they can help with homelessness and also so they could see how I plan to run Clean Slate Housing.
Middle Section:

To the left is two pictures of prototype layouts that I created when I first started designing the layouts for the houses. I put these on the tri fold board because I feel that it is important that you show people all of the steps that you took to get to and end product.
To the right is four pictures of finial layouts that I created for the two different types of houses. On top is the final layout for the two tiny houses on one property. On the bottom is the final layout for the multigenerational houses. There are only two pictures per house instead of three because on my trifold board I used push pins to secure them to the board so people could lift up the sheets of paper to see what the layout for the basement looked like (basement layouts)

Right Section:

Above are three pink sticky notes which included the possible addresses for the first Clean Slate Housing houses, my original plan for the types of houses I was going to create as well as which address would get which type of house. I included those on my tri fold board because I felt like it would be import to show people what my originally thought for the houses was going to be and how it has changed.

Above on the left is a screenshot from google maps of the possible addresses for the first couple of Clean Slate Housing houses. I included that on my tri fold board because I thought that showing people how close the addresses are to each other and how it would create a since of community could help people understand parts of my project more. Above on the right is a picture of a house in the same neighborhood as the possible first houses, I used this house as inspiration for the exterior of the multigenerational houses, which is why I put it on my tri fold board.

Above on the left is a picture of the logistics that I found for the first possible addresses for the first houses as well as overall logistics for the houses in general. I included this on my trifold board so people could see how big the plots were and what all I wanted to have included in the houses as well as on the properties. Above on the right is a picture of the plan the first created for Clean Slate Housing's website, this was a very basic plan and helped me get an idea of what I all wanted on the website. I included this to show people that I created a plan before starting the website, but also to show people the path my brain takes before starting something new.
