This is what we have done. Below is a ton of houses that we have already built and what the plan for future houses is going to be.
As of right now we don't have any completed houses so you will only see the plan/model for future houses.

Mutigenerational Houses
This houses is designed to have 5-10 people per property. The first floor will have everything that someone needs to live so that elderly or people with disabilities can live there. As well as the second floor and basement both have 2 additional bedrooms so you have house either large families or multiple families per house. This house includes a porch, deck, and a detached garage

Two Tiny Houses
These houses are designed to have 1-2 people per house so in total 2-4 people living on the property. This house will also have a shared basement between the two houses, and a detached garage.
