We are a non-profit that is dedicated to helping the people who need it. So we have created a program where we take rundown or vacant properties and rebuild them to create two different types of houses. Some being two tiny houses on one property with a shared basement, and the others being multigenerational houses. These houses would be created to help the people who are in need of a house to get back onto their feet.
